Figuring Out A Budget
One of the first things you’ll need to do when it comes to starting a new home construction project is to make sure you figure out a budget. As these projects can take around seven to eight months, you’ll want to make sure you’re all set for the project. After that, you’ll want to get in touch with someone from our crew so that we can work together on the next steps.
Working Directly With You
When it comes to new home construction, we will be with you every step of the way. During the pre-construction process, our team will work closely with you to figure out a game plan. Together, we will map out the design of your new home, from how you’d like the room laid out to the overall measurements and square footage, down to what overall color scheme and aesthetics you’ll be going for.
We work with a CAD program where you can draft and draw the house in advance. There are lots of decisions that come into play throughout this process, and that’s why it’s important to know exactly what you want before construction begins.
